Location:
Anywhere inside the Continental United States. Ideally in the Pittsburgh region to be close to HQ, but not a requirement as this position is for a “road warrior,” commanding 75%-100% travel.
Individuals MUST be located by any major US airport (for instance, Atlanta , Boston , Charlotte , Chicago , Dallas , DC , Denver , Houston , Jersey City , Philadelphia , Pittsburgh , Las Vegas , Los Angeles , Miami , Minneapolis , New York City, Orlando , Phoenix , Tampa , San Diego , San Francisco , Seattle , St. Louis ).

Experience:
7 – 10 years of hands-on, progressive experience as a Performance Tester.

Position Summary:
- Provide advanced performance testing consulting services and training to Genilogix clients.
- Consult with clients to determine requirements
- Perform automated load testing services using HP LoadRunner, SiteScope, Diagnostics and
Performance Center
- Provide training to clients on HP LoadRunner, SiteScope, Diagnostics, and Performance Center
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance and software development processes.
- Solid understanding of performance testing and monitoring concepts, process and methodology.
- Expertise in HP LoadRunner and/or Performance Center in web, Winsock, and/or ERP
Environments.
- Expertise in installation, setup and usage of Performance Center .
- Expertise in installation, setup and usage of SiteScope.
- Ability to train and mentor others in performance testing methodology and associated HP
Software tools.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
- Knowledge of databases, networks, 3-tier architectures.
Preferred Skills:
- Consulting experience with multiple clients and technical environments
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle E-Business Suite or
PeopleSoft.
- HP certifications – AIS and/or ASE in Quality Center
- Experience and/or expertise with any of the other HP Tools (QuickTest Professional, Quality
Center, BAC, PPM
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or
Information Technology.
